By accessing or using the Brava loyalty card platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Program Creation
Businesses using our Service to create loyalty programs are responsible for setting fair and lawful terms for their programs, including reward structures, expiration dates, and redemption rules.
Customer Participation
Customers participating in loyalty programs through our Service agree to the specific terms set by each business. Brava is not responsible for disputes between businesses and their customers regarding loyalty program terms.
Data Accuracy
While we strive to maintain accurate records of loyalty transactions, businesses and customers are responsible for promptly reporting any discrepancies in their loyalty program data.
Payments and Billing
Subscription Fees
Certain features of our Service require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may provide refunds at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of technical issues preventing use of the Service.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
Intellectual Property
Service Content
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Brava or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
