We want you to love Brava, but if it's not the right fit, we make cancellations and refunds simple and transparent. Here's everything you need to know.

Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Brava subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, allowing you to continue using the service until then.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, navigate to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is processed.
Account Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you will retain read-only access to your data for 30 days. You can export your customer data and loyalty card information during this period. After 30 days, your account will be deactivated.
Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Brava within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund-no questions asked.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for subscription fees only. Transaction processing fees, third-party service charges, and usage-based fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.
Prorated Refunds
For annual subscriptions canceled mid-term after the 30-day guarantee period, we provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Refund Process & Timeline
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our support team at support@brava.cards with your account details and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, typically 7-10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact our support team to arrange an alternative refund method.
Downgrade & Pause Options
Downgrade to Lower Tier
Instead of canceling, you can downgrade to a lower-tier plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and any overpayment will be credited to your account.
Pause Subscription
Need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. During this time, your account remains intact but inactive. Resume anytime within the pause period to continue where you left off.
Plan Changes
Switching between monthly and annual billing cycles, or changing plan tiers, can be done at any time. Changes are prorated and reflected in your next billing statement.
Exceptions & Special Cases
Non-Refundable Items
Custom development work, one-time setup fees, and third-party integration costs are non-refundable. These services are provided on a project basis and cannot be reversed once completed.
Violation of Terms
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds. This includes fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or any other prohibited conduct.
Force Majeure
In cases of service disruption due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, network outages, etc.), we may offer service credits or extended subscription periods instead of refunds.
Data Retention After Cancellation
Data Export
Before canceling, we recommend exporting your customer data, transaction history, and loyalty card information. Data export tools are available in your account settings under "Data & Privacy".
Retention Period
We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation for account recovery purposes. After this period, all data is permanently deleted from our servers, except as required by law.
Legal Obligations
Some data, such as transaction records and tax-related information, may be retained longer to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This data is stored securely and used solely for compliance purposes.
