About Brava
Loyalty infrastructure for Indian SMBs, built for the wallet era.
Brava is built on a thesis about how loyalty actually becomes sticky: it sticks when the customer interacts with it. Loyalty cards live inside Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Samsung Wallet, surface on the lock screen, and trigger when a customer is near your shop. No customer app. No phone-number capture. No WhatsApp blast. No POS integration. The full thesis is on How we think about loyalty.
Why we built it
Most loyalty programs in India are CRM dashboards wrapped around a points engine and a WhatsApp blast. They look like marketing software and they fail like marketing software. We have onboarded brands that ran the dominant WhatsApp-CRM loyalty platforms for three or four years, with six or seven thousand customers in the database, and lifetime redemption counts under ten. The customers existed. The data existed. The mechanism did not.
Brava is the rejection of that mechanism. The ritual of opening the wallet, flashing the pass at the counter, having the barista nod and stamp the card is the engagement moment that makes habit form. The lock-screen update on the customer's next phone unlock. The geo-trigger when they walk past the shop. Those are when retention compounds. CRM dashboards and WhatsApp templates do not produce that effect, no matter how many features they ship.
Every Brava choice is downstream of this. Wallet-native delivery on Apple, Google, and Samsung Wallet. India-first commerce rails (Razorpay, INR, GST). Closed-loop, POS-agnostic so your customer relationship outlasts your ops stack. And sixteen behavioral segments across three analytical lenses, with the leakage-rate metric and per-segment playbooks attached to the dashboard, because the actionable layer is what drives revenue, not the chart count.
From the founders
Brava is built by Devansh Garg and Pranav Agrawal, both directors of Bravatech Solutions Private Limited. We started Brava because Indian SMBs deserve loyalty software that respects how their customers actually use phones in 2026, not how loyalty platforms imagined customers would use them in 2014. Wallet-native, no app installs, lock-screen presence, geo-attendance, multi-wallet across Apple, Google, and Samsung. These aren't features bolted on later. They're the product.
If that resonates, we'd love to issue you a real Brava pass and walk you through the dashboard. The full corporate registration and leadership detail lives on /company-info.
Brava today
The platform supports Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Samsung Wallet pass issuance from a single dashboard. Businesses configure stamp cards, points cards, tiered memberships, discount passes, and full membership cards; customers install a pass in one tap from a link or QR code. A new business can issue its first wallet pass within 30 seconds of signup.
The behavioral analytics surface is where Brava goes deeper than competitors. Sixteen distinct customer segments across three analytical lenses: a 7-segment RFM-flavored taxonomy with VIP thresholds that adapt to each business's revenue distribution; a 6-tier engagement classification cross-cut by recency; a 13-segment customer journey sankey showing where the funnel leaks. On top of those segments, engagement funnels including the leakage-rate metric (the percentage of your at-risk customers who never claimed a reward before lapsing). Each segment ships with a recommended next action attached directly to the dashboard, so the insights are operational, not decorative.
Pricing is per business location, in INR, inclusive of 18% GST, billed through Razorpay. No per-message channel cost because the wallet OS handles delivery. Closed-loop and POS-agnostic by design: Brava runs alongside whatever POS or appointment system you already use, and your loyalty layer outlasts your stack choices.
What we're focused on
Four principles below, the full thesis on How we think about loyalty. Why we chose against the customer app, the phone-number capture, the WhatsApp blast, and the POS integration, and what we built instead.
Wallet-native, by design
The wallet is already on every modern phone. We chose to build inside it instead of asking customers to install another loyalty app they will not open.
India-first, not India-as-a-region
Razorpay billing, INR with GST, en-IN copy, geo-thresholds tuned for Indian shopping density, support hours that match the cafe owner waking up in Mumbai. Not a global product with an India localisation.
Loyalty as a product, not a module
We do not run your POS. We do not schedule your appointments. Brava owns the customer-facing layer of loyalty (the pass, the lock-screen, the geo-trigger) and runs alongside whatever stack you already use. Sharper focus, less migration cost.
Built for SMBs, not enterprises
A single owner can configure a card design, issue passes, and start tracking customer behavior the same afternoon. No Customer Engagement Cloud, no procurement cycle, no integration weeks.
