About Brava

Brava is a wallet-native digital loyalty platform. Cards live inside Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Samsung Wallet, surface on the lock screen, and trigger when a customer is near your shop. No customer app to install. No WhatsApp Business API per-message bill. Founded 2024, India-first, loyalty-only by design.

Why we built it

Indian SMBs were stuck choosing between two unsatisfying options. Either they paid Meta's WhatsApp Business API rates to send messages that customers archive without reading, or they asked customers to install yet another loyalty app on a phone that already has 60.

Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Samsung Wallet are on every modern phone. They sit on the lock screen. They support live updates and geo-fenced notifications natively. Loyalty cards belong there, not in another inbox or another app icon.

Brava is built end-to-end on that thesis: wallet-native primitives, India-first commerce rails (Razorpay, INR, GST), and a closed-loop design that runs alongside whatever POS or appointment system you already use, without replacing it.

We started Brava because Indian SMBs deserve loyalty software that respects how their customers actually use phones in 2026, not how loyalty platforms imagined customers would use them in 2014. Wallet-native, no app installs, lock-screen presence, geo-attendance, multi-wallet across Apple, Google, and Samsung — these aren't features bolted on later. They're the product. The wallet is already on every modern phone. We chose to build inside it instead of asking customers to install another loyalty app they will not open.

India-first, not India-as-a-region

Razorpay billing, INR with GST, en-IN copy, geo-thresholds tuned for Indian shopping density, support hours that match the cafe owner waking up in Mumbai. Not a global product with an India localisation.

Loyalty as a product, not a module

We do not run your POS. We do not schedule your appointments. Brava owns the customer-facing layer of loyalty (the pass, the lock-screen, the geo-trigger) and runs alongside whatever stack you already use. Sharper focus, less migration cost.
